With Tommy T resigning Mdub and now trading for Mack, it appears he is going all in for Herbert season 3. Both of these moves are huge. Mack and Bosa will form the most lethal edge rushing duo in the league. I'm sure TT isn't done either. If he lands J.C. Jackson, just wow...

The Cowboys want to trade La'el Collins I'm reading. His contract is probably too massive for the Chargers to absorb at RT. The Titans have released Rodger Saffold as well.

It would be sweet if we could land Saffold. Collins is probably expecting another BUG contract.

Edge isn't off the table at 17 IMO for exactly this reason. We should draft an edge high every year.

Williams and Joseph-Day both played well for head coach Brandon Staley when they were together on the Rams, and corner and defensive tackle are both areas of need for the Chargers. So is right tackle. Moses is 31 years old, and his best days are behind him. But he hasn’t missed a game in the past seven seasons. The Chargers can continue to build the offensive line through the draft, but they need to protect Justin Herbert at all costs.

That player’s name is DeAngelo Malone in the 3rd or 4th. Rumph and Malone can both get up to 250-255 lbs and still be explosive, just with more strength. I wouldn’t be surprised if Rumph comes into OTAs around that weight after this offseason. Malone will be more around 245 Lbs like Rumph was last year. Of course this is all speculation but Rumph is no slouch and Malone looks to be the same.
