Raiders at Browns... maybe close to an elimination game for the Raiders, Browns can't afford a loss either, but still are in the hunt for the division

OK. The Chargers are still the No. 6 seed. The Ravens fall all the way out of the playoff window at No. 8. The Bills take over as the No. 7 seed.

I don't think the Ravens are going make the playoffs. They have games in Cincy, which has already beat them this year, then they host the Rams and Steelers. I think they are toast.

The Chargers are sitting pretty right now for a wildcard. They just have to take care of bidness in the coming three games.

Tomorrow the Raiders play in Cleveland. I don't know the COVID status of the Browns, who is going to play. Ostensibly, we are rooting for a Raiders win because the Browns are closer to the Chargers record-wise, but I am going to be cheering on the Browns to crush Raiders fans, because a Raiders' loss will effectively end their season.

Ideal scenario is the Browns to crush the Raiders' playoff hopes tomorrow, then the Raiders getting into spoiler mode and beating the Broncos next week in Las Vegans. That would pave the way for the Chargers without much heavy lifting.

I don’t see the Raiders beating the Broncos with only 4 days to prepare. But given that Drew Lock may be the QB, anything is possible.

I believe that no AFC team will clinch the #1 seed until week 18. The weird situation if most of the teams end up 11-6 and the Chargers get the #1 seed is still in play. Obviously, Chargers need to win out, but need a loss by NE to Buffalo, and a couple of losses by the Chiefs (Steelers, @Bengals, @ Denver)
