Trey Pipkins has allowed 8 sacks in 11 games.
2nd worst in the entire league. He also has 6 penalties.
TELESCO gave him 13mil guaranteed in his 3/21mil year deal.
Trey is on pace to give up about 13 sacks this year. 1 for each million Telesco guaranteed him. Another whiff by Telesco. Why is he still starting. I wouldn't be surprised if he get benched soon. And they move Salyer out to RT. And give Jaimes or McFadden a chance at RG.
Who has it better than us?

If I'm replacing GM and HC

        Adam Peters - GM
        Frank Smith - HC

They will be most likely to construct a team similar to 49ers.

Teams will no longer be able to conduct in-person interviews with coaching candidates currently employed by other teams until after the divisional round of the playoffs.

I have zero faith even if everybody is available. They will screw it up.

They arent hiring BB and frankly i dont want him. He is 71. It would be nice to have a HC here for some years and that isnt BB. He is chasing Shula at this point in his career. Harbaugh is 59 and can be here 10 to 13 or so years if he wants.
It would just be nice to have stabilty at HC. Steelers have had 3 in how many years?

Of course having Spanos as owners means bad decisions and likely to piss off even reputable HCs.

We have same number of wins that Giants. Plenty of you wanted Daboll as our coach Brandon has less L this season.

            P.s. I have a weeknof Critty.

              If Im an opponent DC.
              I easily think double K.Allen.
Put my best edge rusher against Pipkins.
And on passing downs, blitz Pipkins side. Chargers have no speed and Pipkins can't block long enough for deep routes to develop..So we play downhill in a tight cover 2. And be aware of screens. If Pipkins can block us today, then we will make an adjustment and move guys around and do some smoke and mirrors stuff. But before I get all fancy. I'll just attack their weakest link which should cause them to struggle.

The answer is better play from the RT. Bench Pipkins move Salyer out to RT.

Telesco and Staley really took the path of least resistance last spring with their moves. Save Kendricks for Tranquill they just said "screw it, its easier to bring back the somewhat known than have to actually scout the unknown". My bet, the numbers of teams bidding on Pipkins was pretty small

I am all for Frank Smith as HC. With his coaching background of TEs and Olines, I would have faith in him building from the inside out. Not to mention he has been heavily involved with an explosive offense the last 2 years.

I’d be down with Adam Peters as GM but I am bangin the table for Alec Halaby from the Eagles.

If the Spanii truly want to win, I do not think they can take a chance on another 1st time HC with VERY limited coordinator experience. He doesn't even call the plays in Miami. Other organizations can get away with it - the Chargers can't and with Herbert, they should try for experienced.

                          Carolina
                          Arizona
WFT used to be on the list but with Snyder gone - its tbd
Irsay seems like a bad owner though Colts have had success
                          Raiders are up there
                          Chargers

Easily bottom 25% of owners in the NFL.
