He is terrible and he will get the whole season

The trade deadline is next Tuesday. My guess, they lose to the Chiefs, will squeak out a win against the Bears and push even more chips to finish 9-8 or 8-9

If they lose today - the firesale should happen followed by firing Staley and Telesco

No. Mike McDaniel subtly threw him under the bus this year too.

They should have fired him at JaX. It’s painfully obvious that he hasn’t got the goods. Now we suffer through another lost season. Same exact pattern as Lynn and McCoy but they each won 1 playoff game before disintegrating in their third season.

Staley is the definition of a JAG coach, a 9-5 guy. No it factor, just mediocre.

He's universally viewed as the poster boy for a bad head coach if anything.

They bit the bullet and hired Marty who had a similar rep.

Marty was willing to work for penauts.

Staley is a family man and that trait isn't suitable for a great head coach. Therein lies the problem.

I’m convinced Staley is the worst Charger HC in decades. Worse than any of the bums they’ve had since Marty.
