OC/DC - SMART, then leader, adapts, knowledgeable, always improving. Has solid coaching tree. Uses and practices AofW

I’ve been negative about Staley since the season ended, but I have to look on the bright side too. Who would have ever thought the Chargers of all teams to be a top 10 special teams unit this past season? Staley could have just stood pat a couple of seasons ago, but he didn’t. He wasn’t afraid to make that change and it ended up being for the better.

Also, after digging, I found that the Chargers really did neglect the running game from practices to walk throughs. It was not much of a focus.

I also found out that the Chargers had the fewest rush attempts on 2nd downs between 2 and 6 yards to go for a first down, which is a bit confusing, since that is prob the most ideal time to run.
