A city councelman guestimates about 2000 would show up due to the weather, so 5000 should actually send a message to that counsel man.

I was there and despite only 400 people being able to get in, I still thought it was a good turnout. Most football fans aren't going to have a lot of constructive things to say anyway, as evidenced by a lot of the people who did show up to speak.

Comparing the 2 events is Apples & Oranges

One was a Party/Celebration & the event today was held on a Monday, And had limited seating of 350-400-ish...Most people got off work earlier today and headed straight to Qualcomm & Others couldn't get off work

It's not really fair to compare the 2....with the seating capacity what did you expect ? Did you want the parking filled and the stadium filled ? Why so only 400 people could get in and the rest could just tailgate and get drunk ? And maybe have a few fights or riots.

In a perfect world, Yah! the parking lot would have been filled. But the point was to have a good turn out and have some fams give out ideas etc.

It's pretty much what I expected for being on a Monday...The turn out would have tripled easily if it was on the weekend
