If we use the Bengals game last year as a sample, I don’t think Tyrod Taylor is capable of winning a lot of games. He got lucky the Bengals kicker missed the kick to tie the game. At least Daniels is more exciting to watch and takes more chances deep.

Tyrod is a safer bet if you are looking to take a sack or throw it out of bounds.

I think Daniels is a cheaper version of Tyrod at this point in their careers. I always liked Tyrod but his career has been snake bit. I liked Daniels too, he was a real pain when he played for the chiefs. I am happy he is the backup.

Those chances Daniel takes can get him into trouble...he has a poor TD/pick ratio...vs. the Rams, he threw into coverage several times, but got lucky he wasn't picked...and he doesn't have the accuracy Herbie has to gun the rock into a tight window...

I agree. He was also staring down receivers which didn’t help. Maybe he’ll get better as the year goes on and gets familiar with his receivers. I can’t remember him being this off when he was with the Chiefs.

This is weird I thought you can only suffer injury issues in preseason not in practice.
