Its more like sitting back, being patient, finding very good deals, not panicking. Letting the market settle down.

Though its exciting to see the free agent news - I am actually okay the Chargers are, so far, letting things play itself out.

Agree. Cam Newton was not great the last part of last season

Thuney and Andrews would be good players on the OL to lose as well. Not saying Hoodie doesn't have a clue though.

We better not sign Henry if that is his price. He was a good player for us, but never dominated games and got tons of benefit from all the other surrounding offensive weapons.

It's a lot of money, but with one unproven TE on the roster we need to do something.

IR must be a very poor fit considering how affordable it would have been to tender
harf to imagine how IR couldn’t have a role but hey, less vegan man n cheese poison being spread around the locker room is a win in my book
btw, everything I’m reading about Staleys defense and philosophical approach is the opposite of what I considered to be the best complimentary fit to our offense

Some things scream of a bad organization. At a time when the chargers have ignored the OL and after 5-10 years they have finally figured that out, they also have almost NO CBs and now it looks like we will need at least 2, if not 3 CBs. Nothing like planning to have the most expensive players on the field come up at the same time. I wonder if the chargers even bother to do any long-term planning. Lets hope FA brings us some bargain journeyman players, because we are going to need 3 or 4 of them to make these pieces fit.

I hear your concern. But I'm pretty sure TT not only has short, medium and long term plans, but Plan B of each, Plan C of each...and contingency plans.

Barren cupboards at key positions are scary (like Chiefs o-line, Skins QB room, Lions WR group)... I suspect Bolts will fill enough gaps well enough to be playoff contenders in '21 and SB challengers in '22.
