2014 Jason Verrett (1st rnd)
2015 Craig Mager (3rd rnd)

I agree. The big winners in free agency many times do not have it translate to the field. Free agency is a tool to augment the roster, fill some holes. Its not the way to build the roster

Now for the Chargers - they have many holes to fill: positions on the OL, CB, Edge. But they have the money to still get signings more like Hayward
