We rarely play aggressive and hope the other team screws up somewhere in a drive. Our coaching staff always plays not to lose instead of attacking.

I'll state it this way (and quite accurately): "A Lynn-coached team cannot help but call those plays back-to-back and put us in a 3rd down (obvious passing downs)."

But again, the OC sends in the play right? Just like the pass play to start the game? I’m sure the OC has his own spine. Is
he the one that also calls those stupid trick plays?
