I'm afraid it's at least a little about patching holes with Colts rejects. And I can understand why he'd feel the need for that. He had barely any room under the cap his first two seasons here to get players he really wanted...so he went ghetto and acquired some of his old Indy homies. Only thing is they sorta suck too. And he paid them way too fucking much.
