At this point I'd rather shut him down for the rest of the season. Make Gus actually work for his money!

Weeks ago after his first concussion and it was obvious Lynn wasn’t a capable HC
Now weve jeopardized the health of our best defender to win a game that won’t help us this season
thats the problem with hiring a fraud of a HC is that you don’t just waste your talented guys
but risk their health to the point where they may not be available for the next regime

I am not sure about that. Obviously he does not play to win, the playing not to lose thing is a bit iffy. He just coaches scared all the time.

Justin Herbert is now second in passing yards in the NFL, having currently played an equal amount of games to other QBs.... If he'd played all games, and the Chargers had won some of those close ones, Herbert could be up for ROTY and MVP.

This is true...... they see highlights at the most .....they never talked about Chargers injuries or bad defense or bad ST's..... or bad clock management..... lol
but thery were all over raiders' injuries.....

Blitzing an elusive QB like Mariota can be tricky...if yer gonna do it, you MUST keep a spy on him in case he scrambles...

The problem ois the way Gus blitzes...... extremely rare and only one player from one positon..... if you blitz more people or show that you are blitzing alot of playersa, the QB gets scared and is force to throw ball away or check down......

When your secondary is bad you have to blitze because your CB's only cover for 2-3 seconds.... key is yoiu have to blitze in way your opponent cannot predict.... not like gus does, which is too obvious and simple.... and can be avoided.....

Bad clock management would be what Gruden did at the end of regulation. QB sneak for the first with no time outs and 10 seconds. Lynn like in its brilliance.

I switched to Pluto TV and CBS Sports HQ Coverage and it’s way better. Prisco and Pioli are ripping Lynn and the play calling. Plenty of praise for Justin but both of them think Lynn is gone.
