Good lord, this has been a bad year for injuries.

We are now missing, our number 1 WR, our best RB (Mathews), best 3rd down back (Woodhead), starting center (Hardwick).

Now Rivers gets to deal with a bad offensive line and throw to Floyd, Royal and Tutu ? Yikes. That almost makes KC's receivers look good. If we win this game, it will be something like 12-7.

Why? We have no blocking at all. We can barely muster 3 step drop protection. Simms said it best sunday. Rivers has been throwing in a phone booth most of the season.

Funny how people raggin on Rivers and our lack of running can't put 2 and 2 together. You can't run, you can't pass without protection. You could have LT in his prime back there and he would be very average. This Oline is in need of a full blown overhaul.

I say an absolute must is Oline. Get 2 top flight guards, or tackle/guard combo via free agency. Time to pony up and give Rivers and co. the wall they desperately need.
