Hard to say. By 2023 there will be three more classes of QBs in the league.

Carson Wentz imo has been worse for example and may not even be on the other candidate list. I don't think Love will be worth a shit and may still be on the bench lol.

I figure you just wanted to show you think Herbert will be top 3....which he could. Might be #2 by then. I think Burrow could be there as well.
