Do you feel great about Badgely and Long? Are you happy with Pipkins?
What about rest of o-line?
Ingram had zero sack year, and on IR now, so he can't help you. Nwosu not on the field today.
Besides Bosa, Are you happy with the pass rushers on roster?
Hayward wasn't on the field today? James isn't on the field all year? Harris finally is back. Are you happy with the secondary?
Ekeler had to take on the bulk of the work because he is the far better player at RB. Ekeler wasn't drafted by Telesco. He was a udfa. He made the roster. Telesco choice or. Lynn decision to keep Ekeler that year. Gordon was drafted before Lynn from a Telesco trade up. Eventually he is gone and Lynn has Ekeler as his lead back. Who's decision is that?
Henry and Green will be UFA same with Davis and Hayward and Lamp and Feeney and Tevi. And Jenkins and Perryman and Ingram. Who's coming back?
Telesco Roster has never measured up to the best AJ rosters.
Get any new HC you like. But if he is going to catch up with the AFC teams. He will need a better roster.
or is Telesco and Lynn both deserving of getting fired and it's a complete reboot with Herbert-QB as the prize for next GM and HC to want to come to Chargers. We have a great young QB, your job is to build a winner around him. Or will the candidates for GM or HC think, You don't want to win at all cost, you want to win at your cost.
BTW the Spanos gave the 4 previous HCs Riley, Marty, Norv, McCoy a 3rd shot after missing post season 2 years in a row.
So if they have a philosophy of 3 strikes and your out. Then Lynn will be back in 2021. I don't know if it just coincidence but if it's not and they don't like getting rid of coaches until a 3rd down year.
Anyone remember the 2003 Monday night football home game (played in Phoenix) against Miami?
John Madden during the broadcast said the problem with that Charger squad was that they lacked talent.
No one except you is saying that about this team. Lots of non Charger fans are saying that Lynn is a bad head coach.
I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

If Spanos wants to.dump Lynn, he should. But not because the fans or media is trashing the HC during a bad season.Who has it better than us?

he didn't have a clue it seems what was happening - especially right before halftime
I truly think Lynn doesn't think ahead plays, or situations - he is in the moment. Near the end of the first half - there were at least three plays I was saying "call time out call time out" - he didn't. He is four years into this job and he still doesn't get what his job is during the game

That's what the Charger brass heard, placed into a 40 second sound bite.
Very impressive!
