Its not talent. Its coaching. Lynn out coached him two of 3 times.
Who has it better than us?

The quote above is just asinine. Both of the first two games featured huge talent mismatches in favor of us.

Today's matchup featured two teams that were closer in talent, but we still had a talent advantage even today as we have had in almost every game this season.

Seems one learned more than the other. Again who calls a run play with no timeouts at the three yard line out of the shotgun with little time left?

We’re all Charger fans and as Charger fans we all wanted Lynn to be successful. It doesn’t make me happy to say times up. The opposite is true. It’s sad to me. But we no longer have a choice. It’s evident that he has lost even his belief in himself. He’s lost. He has no answers. And it’s affecting the team. We can’t go on like this. Time to part ways. Past time actually

When we lose its not lynns fault cause we dont have enough talent.
when we win its because of lynn even though we dont have enough talent.

Its what you always do- one trick pony.

Let say Lynn is gone right now.

Do you feel great about Badgely and Long? Are you happy with Pipkins?
              What about rest of o-line?
Ingram had zero sack year, and on IR now, so he can't help you. Nwosu not on the field today.
Besides Bosa, Are you happy with the pass rushers on roster?
Hayward wasn't on the field today? James isn't on the field all year? Harris finally is back. Are you happy with the secondary?
Ekeler had to take on the bulk of the work because he is the far better player at RB. Ekeler wasn't drafted by Telesco. He was a udfa. He made the roster. Telesco choice or. Lynn decision to keep Ekeler that year. Gordon was drafted before Lynn from a Telesco trade up. Eventually he is gone and Lynn has Ekeler as his lead back. Who's decision is that?
Henry and Green will be UFA same with Davis and Hayward and Lamp and Feeney and Tevi. And Jenkins and Perryman and Ingram. Who's coming back?

Telesco Roster has never measured up to the best AJ rosters.
Get any new HC you like. But if he is going to catch up with the AFC teams. He will need a better roster.

or is Telesco and Lynn both deserving of getting fired and it's a complete reboot with Herbert-QB as the prize for next GM and HC to want to come to Chargers. We have a great young QB, your job is to build a winner around him. Or will the candidates for GM or HC think, You don't want to win at all cost, you want to win at your cost.

BTW the Spanos gave the 4 previous HCs Riley, Marty, Norv, McCoy a 3rd shot after missing post season 2 years in a row.
So if they have a philosophy of 3 strikes and your out. Then Lynn will be back in 2021. I don't know if it just coincidence but if it's not and they don't like getting rid of coaches until a 3rd down year.
Who has it better than us?

Why do we have 5-6 threads about the coaching situation? It's difficult to follow the discussions in all of them.

They didn't give Marty even 1 year of missing the playoffs but there are circumstances. AJ was done with Marty and maybe Telesco is done with Lynn...... If he survives the seasons end.

Many of us did not like the hire, he was brought is to move away from Rivers. It’s clear he has no idea how to coach or develop a passing QB. He clearly should have been gone before Rivers. Now Herbert is ready to send him packing to.

am good w/Badgley and Long, not so much w/Pips.... think Lamp, Bryan 'n Sam'll be back next season.

good bye SupaMel and think Nwosu sticks for another go 'round.

yes, fine w/pass rushers for now, which is basically Jerry Tillery 'til we get a DC that blitzes our LBs.

yes, fine w/the secondary for now.

guessing Tom brought in the both of Austin and Melvin.

Henry, Green, Davis, Lamp, Tevi and Perryman all resigned is my guess, which leaves Hayward, Feeney, Jenkins and Ingram as unsigned FAs.

think Telesco gets @least another year due to the drafting of Herbert, and think Lynn's time is up.

and agree, as likely Spanos is more win at their cost rather than @all costs.

and yes.... just coincidence 'bout year threes.
