We will see how this group responds under McCoy. I think this is a critical moment in his coaching career. Regardless of the final outcome of this season, he needs to make sure he doesn't lose the team. This season is but a stepping stone for hopefully bigger and better things for this team. But he needs to make sure it's still his team after the last 3 weeks. The rest will take care of itself with time.
