With Derwin's career on the precipice of going the way of Jason Verrett, who is the most valuable player from the 2018 draft? I list them in order of my rankings, though any of the top 3 could easily be No. 1.

Justin Jones - has grown as a player in each of his two seasons, appears to be poised to have a breakout season. He is the projected starter this season over last year's 1st round pick.
Justin Jackson - he may be poised to prove he is the best player of this draft.
Uchenna Nwoso - haven't figured out exactly where he fits, what they envisioned for him when the was drafted. Not doubting his talent, just wonder if he was drafted to be an LB, DE depth or Ingram's replacement.
Scott Quessenbery - I thought he was pretty decent in place of Pouncey last season. I hope he develops into another Hardwick.
Kyzir White - he could also have a breakout year. Just because I have him listed last doesn't mean I doubt his talent either.

    Footnote:
Dylan Cantrell - too bad his injuries ruined his Chargers' career, he had promise and with MW out and no experience behind KA, Cantrell could be filling a big need right now. The Cardinals are using him as a TE.

NFL teams are free to cut players whenever they want, but when the deadline of 4 p.m. ET on Saturday, Sept. 5 arrives, all 32 rosters must consist of no more than 53 players on the active/inactive list.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

I don't mean to ask a stupid question...and maybe I missed this being talked about...but I thought they bumped the roster number up from 53? Did that not pass when they did the new agreement?
              Adopted Bolt: Kimani Vidal RB

Final prediction: Latham OT, Colson LB, Sainristil CB,Rice WR, Zinter OG, Nourzad OC, MacLachlan TE, Vidal RB, Lovett DT

NFL roster sizes in 2020 to be modified

There are rumors around the league that rosters may have to be reduced before the start of training camp. When asked how much truth there is behind this idea, Pauline responded, “There’s absolutely legs to this…it’s because they want to try and condense the (number) of people that are in the facility. Keep it to a minimum.”

So what’s considered the minimum? Pauline describes the league’s reduction plan saying, “When the veterans get in, the roster size has to be at 75.”

                The game-day roster

Under the 2011 CBA, teams were allowed to dress 46 players from their 53-man roster for a game. Under the new deal, they can dress 47. They can also dress a 48th player — as long as the game-day roster includes at least eight offensive linemen. But as we’ve seen, they can choose not just from their active roster, but also from designated practice-squad players — up to two from applications of the SEA, and perhaps more from CDA designations.

Had to slow it to frame by frame to figure out who threw it. Looked like a dark face lol. Its the only way i could tell.

It was Stick(#2) who threw the interception there.
