The Chargers should be a good team (hopefully) while Rivers is here for the next few years. If Bosa were to sign a long term deal here, then who knows how good the team may be for the middle to back end of Bosa's deal, because if the QB isn't good, the team won't win. My gut tells me Bosa won't be on this team long term. I see him being franchised, and eventually being on another team.

The owner can only pay its players so much because of the salary cap limit, whether a significant amount of the money goes to Bosa or not. Are you saying that the team won't be able to pay close to the salary cap limit in a few years because of poor PSLs? If that is the case, then the team will need a new owner.
