Never said he had it covered, just that he could line up there. Could line up at FB on GL downs too. He would be better on jet sweeps than Davis. At least he could break an arm tackle.

As for Vaki, he is a versatile player and there could be a role for him on D

I do like that Saintistil would come in with Minter's scheme, but I worry about his size.

I actually think he may be there for us at round 4. Round 3 could go anywhere this year due to the depth at some positions.

Notre Dame... I like how he uses his size. Needs to improve his tackling a bit, as he reaches too much. But that is very coachable.

Bowers said he likes those short passes in the flat and quick routes and run the ball from them. Out of the backfield here and there would work too on swing passes and screens.

I'll embrace a WR or OT but man he would be a weapon if they use him right....but as beach said, ain't much seperating him and Sinnott

I'm just playing along. I like him @#5 if a trade-back falls through.
He's a Harbaugh/Roman/Hortiz type, IMO.
