Those are all good points. I would counter by saying that the Rams also showed us that not all WR need to be drafted in the first round. Kupp dropped to the third in 2017 because he had a bad 40. But he was quick via GPS time, had good hands, and was a technician. Is there someone like that in this draft?

That sort of falls into the Pats got Tom Brady in the 6th round category.

Personally, i am pretty certain Telesco would draft Jameson Williams before he drafts Trevor Penning.
