Interesting. Baltimore got the better end of the deal short term. KC paid for a 1 yr rental but if a long term deal is worked out it will be good deal both ways.

Somebody on twitter said its the equivalent of the 45th pick in the draft - a second rounder

Not saying the Chargers should have given up the 13th unless they got the 27th

But if you look at the point chart - Brown and 27th for the 13th is the Chargers second round pick!

So the Chargers possibly could have had Brown, the 27th pick and their own 2nd rounder if the Ravens were wanting obstensibly, a mid second round pick

If Brown was not the right fit or too much money - thats one thing. But thats not a great deal - just a bunch of picks

As - I get its not my money and it would cost a helluva lot more cash but I would rather have Brown, the 27th and the current 2nd rounder than the Chargers 13th and current second rounder. I get thats a lot more money in cap

Ravens signing Villanueva im hearing. I know not great...but the LT free agents are ultra thin. Teams are going to cockblock the shit out of us with TT telegraphing so hard. The Pipkins blurb makes me think that is Telesco trying to put out a smoke screen.

Unless they feel that they can get a better OT at 13 that’s cheaper and isn’t a malcontent. Or maybe OBJ isn’t a good fit due to the scheme he plays in. How is he as a pass protector? Remember that Fluker played LT for one game in 2013 and supposedly looked good in that one game.

I think we draft one. But its so obvious. TT doesn't really have the luxury of letting one fall to us. Gonna likely have to overspend to move up.
