Sources: Chiefs to send star CB Sneed to Titans

The Chiefs are finalizing a deal to send cornerback L'Jarius Sneed to the Titans, league sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter. Sneed will sign a new contract with Tennessee that is expected to make him one of the highest-paid cornerbacks in NFL history.
