The Los Angeles Chargers were on the verge of salvaging their season Sunday afternoon against the Tennessee Titans in Nashville. Down 23-20 late in the fourth quarter, Los Angeles had ample opportunities to score the game-winning touchdown. On second-and-goal from inside the one with mere seconds remaining, Chargers running back Melvin Gordon fumbled the ball. He was initially ruled down, but the replay showed that the ball was obviously out. This led to the call being overturned and Tennessee taking over and coming out on top, 23-20. The Titans move to 3-4 on the season while the Chargers drop to a disastrous 2-5. Here are some reactions from this hellacious ending in Nashville. pic.twitter.com/jsNp9P5XqI— Jawahn (@__Wahn) October 20, 2019
