San Diego Chargers head coach Mike McCoy finalized his staff with the additions of Nick Sirianni as quarterbacks coach, Bobby King as assistant linebackers coach and Shane Steichen as quality control-offense. Sirianni was promoted Monday to coach the quarterbacks, after serving as a quality control assistant on offense last season. He originally joined the Chargers from the Chiefs, where he spent 2009-11 as quality control coach, including his last season in Kansas City (2012) as wide receivers coach.
