The Miami Dolphins and Richie Incognito have agreed to maintain his suspension during the ongoing NFL investigation, the team announced Monday. Incognito's suspension was scheduled to end after Sunday's game against the New England Patriots, based on the rules in the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The Dolphins had three options: release Incognito, reinstate him, or reach an agreement with Incognito to keep him with pay but keep him on the suspended list.
