Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Kyle Williams was placed on season-ending injured reserve Friday after tearing an ACL. Before the team announced the move, Williams confirmed it first on Twitter. In the team's announcement, the Chiefs said they re-signed wide receiver Chad Hall, whom they released last week to make room for Williams on the roster. Williams was picked up by the Chiefs after he was cut by the San Francisco 49ers on Nov. 14.
