    REPORT: Los Angeles Chargers Shopping Wideout Dontrelle Inman

    According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the Los Angeles Chargers have begun trade talks regarding wide receiver Dontrelle Inman. This is somewhat surprising news. Inman has been an important contributor on offense the past two seasons, but with young receivers waiting in the wings, the Chargers are looking to capitalize on his peak value.
    After his stint in the Canadian Football League, Inman joined the Chargers in 2014 and has improved in every season as a Charger. As the injuries took their toll in 2016, Inman managed to find himself as Philip Rivers’ go-to target.
    Inman finished the year with four touchdowns and 810 yards, which was the second highest total for the Bolts.
    In regards to what the Chargers would get in return for Inman is hard to predict at this point. The Chargers could receive a middle to late round draft pick for him or include him as part of a larger package.
