The Los Angeles Chargers have a fresh start in a new city, but their baggage comes along with them. After two consecutively horrible seasons, with a record of 4-12 in 2015 and 5-11 in 2016, the Chargers have returned to Los Angeles as a team that has been far less than impressive. They are going to have to prove themselves quickly if they want to gain new fans because their track record so far does not look very promising.
