Week 9 NFL Injury Report; Vikings secondary in bad shape for matchup against Tony Rom

A revolving door at quarterback isn't the Minnesota Vikings' only issue. The secondary is beat up as well. Vikings defensive backs Jamarca Sanford and Chris Cook will miss this week's game because of injuries. Safety Harrison Smith is on injured reserve. All three are normal starters in the Vikings secondary. Even worse, the opponent this week is the Cowboys, who are eighth in the NFL at 261.2 passing yards per game. Dallas quarterback Tony Romo should have a big day against a secondary that doesn't have much available manpower to compete this week.
