COMMENTARY | Contrary to an earlier report by ESPN's Adam Schefter that CBS had decided to protect both games between the Kansas City Chiefs and Denver Broncos this season (Weeks 11 and 13), the NFL announced on Friday that their first matchup on Nov. 17 (in Denver) would be flexed into the Sunday Night Football slot. Joel Thorman of Arrowhead Pride (SB Nation site) does a good job of tracking on Twitter how all of this came about so quickly. The Green Bay Packers-New York Giants game will be moved into the 4:25 p.m. spot on Fox, with the matchup between the San Diego Chargers and Miami Dolphins being played at 4:05 p.m. on CBS.
