Chargers get blocked from making important addition

The Los Angeles Chargers have been busy building a coaching staff under Jim Harbaugh. One assistant coach that they had interest in will not be joining the organization, though.  The Cincinnati Bengals promoted Jordan Kovacs to secondary/safeties coach.
